Q-Retail Pro System Description
Q-RETAIL PRO able to manage up to two different queues and multimedia content manageable remotly with the Visel Cloud platform. It's a real evolution for entry-level queue management systems market ‘cause, at real competitive costs, is possible to inform the waiting customers with news, weather forecasts or advertisement even to more sites at the same time.
PRODUCT FEATURES
Screen layout is divided into different areas showing different information. In addition to the three main areas COMPANY LOGO, TURN NUMBER and MEDIA PLAYER, this system allows (if is present the Internet connection) to show additional content like DATE AND TIME, WEATHER FORECASTS of geolocalized city and a bottom bar with latest news from RSS sources.
RETAIL BOX PRO allows to manage up to 2 different services. The number can be change through a 2.4 GHz numeric keypad (QS-KEYPAD2), virtual counter application on Android devices (QS-SMARTRETAIL) Windows PC license (QS-KEYRETAIL) or via WiFi pad (QS-WPAD). The system also includes a voice assistant engine for calling number and custom time-scheduled messages. Q-RETAIL PRO can run in MASTER mode and allows to connect SLAVE RETAIL BOX to be connected to the MASTER unit.
The system is provided of a free configuration downloadable software (Visel Sync) to manage all system preferences, including the local media playlist. The remote management of media playlist is available by purchasing a license of Visel Cloud. Q-RETAIL PRO bear CE mark.

QS-Retail Box Main Unit
It is the central unit of the Q-Retail system. Thanks to the power of the integrated octa-core processor is able to manage the catchment flow up to two different services with numbering two or three digits. In addition, the dedicated graphics processor (GPU) enables smooth playback of digital signage media content such as images, video and streaming flows, supporting many popular formats and not.
Q-Retail is also equipped with a speech synthesis engine in different languages that allows the reproduction of any text, the name of the service, the progressive turn number and programmable voice messages on regular intervals.
Q-Retail PRO include the new Visel Cloud online media service.

Q-Retail virtual console for PC
Software license for numbering management on Q-Retail. Allows you to select the active service, call and recall the next number and reset the counter. The license is intended as a single license for each PC on which the application will be installed. PC not included.
To obtain the license activation code is need to install the software on PC before and send us the generated HARDWARE ID, after purchasing license.

Q-Retail call console for Android
Software license for numbering management on MicroTouch systems. Integrates 95% of the functionality of the virtual PC client with the only difference that it is possible to run it on Android devices such as smartphones or tablets.
The operations possible with this particular client are: advancement of the number, selective call on a ticket, management of one or more services, callback of the same ticket and works back (to the previous ticket).
NOTE: The use of this application requires the purchase of a license for each Android device on which it is installed.

Tabletop WiFi Console for Q-Retail. It provides a LED display for the number of turn and the active service. It allows, through '+' and '-' buttons, the increasing or decreasing of the turn number and the calling of a specific number by the confortable numpad 0-9.
It interfaces to Q-Retail by the on-board WiFi module, connecting it to an access-point or directly to QS-RETAILBOX with Visel Air technology.
