Delivery Charges

For UK Mainland orders we have a flat delivery charge of £15 per order (unless otherwise stated in writing).
Additional charges may apply for Scottish Highlands & Islands and Northern Ireland postcodes.

Despatch timescales vary between 1-10 working days depending on which location the particular product is shipped from, and whether you requested any pre-configuration service. Some special items that require ordering from the manufacturer may take longer. Once despatched to a UK address, goods are usually delivered within 1-3 working days. If you require delivery by a certain date, please contact us prior to ordering to check the lead time for your required product(s).

Shipping Agents

We ship using either UPS, FedEx, Parcelforce or DPD for most tracked and insured parcel deliveries. For small packets, we use Royal Mail '1st Class Signed For' where the order value is below £50, or Royal Mail 'Special Delivery' otherwise. For larger orders requiring palletised delivery we use Palletways. For same-day or timed deliveries, we use our own delivery vehicles or a contracted delivery service partner.

International Delivery

For international orders for delivery outside the UK (including Éire/Ireland and the Channel Islands) please contact us for a shipping quote with details of your required items/quantity and your full delivery address. We will issue a Quotation or Proforma Invoice. UK VAT is not charged on international shipments despatched by us, however you will be liable for any duties/taxes and handling charges on import at your local customs port in your country.
