CES Touch POS software is available in editions configured for
Retail use in shops and
Hospitality use in bars, cafes, hotels and restaurants as well as
Service use in hairdressers, salons and nail parlours with the Bookings module.
The CES Touch pos software from ourselves is purchased as a permanent license outright, there are no ongoing monthly or annual license fees to use it. It operates on our
Windows-based POS terminals.
The CES Touch POS software was formerly known as Geller Touch and Sentinel epos software. Established for over 16 years, it has a comprehensive range of POS features, stock management, add-on modules and reporting and it is very reliable in operation. Current supported versions of CES Touch are version 10 and version 11.
For CES Touch pos software lifetime licenses, discounts are available for multiple licenses for additional terminals on a network.
CES Touch Software - What's Included
Our one-off license fee includes:
- Supply of a USB Dongle for the outright license.
- Initial remote installation/upgrade of the latest version of the POS software on a compatible Windows POS terminal, using TeamViewer QuickSupport
- Configuration for peripherals supplied by us
- Configuration of your own peripherals (Serial-interface Receipt Printer, Cash Drawer, Scanner, Rear Display)
- Activation of your license on the CES server with your chosen modules.
Stock Management and Customer Database/Accounts modules are included as standard with each license purchase. Additional cost will apply for any optional CES Touch modules.
The standard CES Touch software includes the Back Office functions on each POS terminal to manage the POS software with your products and prices, staff login details and passwords.
Configuration of your own peripherals to work with the CES Touch software will only be performed by us on mainstream brands (eg. Epson, Star, Bixolon, Toshiba etc) of equipment. If you have other brand or unbranded equipment, our standard hourly technical support fees may apply if they do not work readily in compatibility with mainstream brand equipment.
Although CES Touch is not a cloud-based program, your POS Touchscreen Terminal(s) will need an internet connection initially for us to remotely install the program. An internet connection will also be required once each year to re-validate your license with the CES server annually - this is done free.
CES Touch Software - Additional Services
Set up (Programming) of the software with your business data and products/services and required function keys, User Training and After-Sales Support Services are available to purchase separately.

CES INTELLIGENCE - CLOUD BACK OFFICE OPTION
The new optional cloud-based CES Intelligence allows the POS system at branches to be remotely managed from anywhere as long as you have an internet connection, so you can update prices, add new products and obtain real-time sales reports and stock information.
Note: As CES Intelligence is a cloud-based optional module, this optional back office module does have an annual subscription fee. Please contact us for pricing on CES Intelligence.
