BASIC CASH REGISTERS

Our basic cash registers are compact in size, quick to set up and very easy to use. The small size Sam4s ER180-US is the most popular compact till we supply. They can include your shop details on the receipt and produce X and Z reports. Basic cash registers are popular in barbers shops, kiosks, small cafes, popup outlets and small convenience stores where a small number of daily transactions are performed, and you simply require the ability to register sales, store cash takings, print receipts and print end of shift/day reports. They use thermal till rolls so no ink ribbon or ink cartridge is required. A user manual and our simple operating instructions are included with each basic cash register.

RETAIL CASH REGISTERS

Our retail cash registers are popular for use in convenience stores and other retail shops. They have multiple department keys to categorise your sales and a full-size cash drawer. They can include your shop details on the receipt and produce X and Z reports. All our retail cash registers use thermal till rolls so no ink ribbon or ink cartridge is required. A user manual and our simple operating instructions are included with each retail cash register.

PRESET CASH REGISTERS

Our preset cash registers include the Sam4s NR510F, NR520F, ER-920 and ER-940. They have a flat keypad with individual keys which can be preset with your individual food & drink items or service names. Thsy also provide itemised sales reports so you can see how many of each item/service have been sold. Preset tills are ideal for hospitality use in takeaways, restaurants, bars and pubs where your menu items can be selected quickly and easily on the preset keys with pre-programmed name and price. They can also be used in service operations such as hair and beauty salons or in retail environments where you have a small product range.

BARCODE SCANNING TILLS

Barcode scanning tills simplify the checkout process, prevent pricing errors, improve efficiency and can provide itemised sales reports. The Sam4s NR series cash registers and ER-900 series cash registers support barcode scanning. Add the optional Sunlux Laser Barcode Scanner with Stand to your cash register order. We will pre-configure the scanner and till prior to despatch so they are delivered ready to use.

The NR-510R and NR-520R barcode scanning tills support upto 6000 PLU's. The Sam4s ER900 series (ER-920, ER-940, ER-925, ER-945) scanning tills have memory capacity for up to 10,000 PLU's. Both are available with either a single receipt/report printer, or a dual printer for both receipts and internal journal audit copy. These barcode scanning tills replace the previous Casio SE and TE series cash registers and the Sharp XE-A307.

All our barcode scanning tills support Mix & Match offers (eg. Buy 2 for £5) within the available memory limits. You can set your shop details on the receipt header and footer. Other functions include discounts, refunds, multiple VAT rates, daily X/Z reports and periodic sales reports. We can offer a Programming Service to pre-configure the barcode scanning till for you with your receipt information, vat rates, department/group names and other required functions.
